Tyler’s Birthday Miracle

Many of you participated in Tyler’s 30th birthday fundraiser. Our goal was to raise $3,000 to help a special 12-year old girl, Hailey. Hailey was originally trafficked by her neighbor who would coordinate “clients” for her to meet in the bathrooms of the public swimming pool. Due to the risk of drowning and the overall chaos at a swimming pool, no one ever saw that she was at risk because everyone was already so focused on their own kids and everyone assumes children are with their parents. She was trafficked in plain sight. She faced a lot of trauma at a young age and has an understandably hard time coping as she tries to recover.

The money from Tyler’s birthday is directly helping Hailey’s family have a new roof for their home, fund social worker visits, art therapy for Hailey, and educational resources for her dad to provide for her properly. Recently, a judge sent her back home after spending the last two years in an aftercare home.

The greatest gift you could give is to help us care for these children who deserve to regain some of their childhood and stability. Thank you for making Tyler’s 30th one of the best!
